this is really cutee, the art is really pretty and the way the power system works is genuinely so interesting it's such a fun idea for him to have a library of experiences from his past fantasy lives. I do think the fact that he's essentially getting power ups because these abilities are from fantasy lives makes it feel a bit like cheating, and also the backstories are sometimes too long and not engaging enough for it to not get boring, so I often skim them. Like he's obviously training, but it feels like magic training not acting training, so it feels a bit flat compared to something like skip beat for example (but like it's SKIP BEAT, one of my favourite manga, so that's an unfair comparison). As a result, I'm not really rooting for him or anything, or on the edge of my seat, I'm just a passive observer to a shallow and soft story

so yeah, it's a cute and light read, but not super engaging. Ahh but I found myself skimming entire chapters by around chapter 30 till the most recent update, everything really does come easy for him using his powers so it feels cheap. I'm aware of how the cheat skills genre works and they are interesting sometimes, but this isn't it. My rating went from 3 stars to 2 around chapter 30

I'm ngl it started off slow, but now I'm having a blast! It's just as interesting and entertaining as "the make up remover" just sans the social commentary that still makes me like make up remover more lol

But srsly this is so fun and interesting it's a very fun read and all the characters are fun and likeable

I used fun like 3 times but that's the perfect word, competition stories are always a blast

Anhyeon is adorable obvsly, and I have a soft spot for Eugene too, and unexpectedly raebin shot up to be a favourite he's so endearing and earnest

The main character is great too, I like how he thinks and it's cute to see him slowly grow fond of the others

Ah, they've debuted! I'm glad it's continuing it's consistently engaging

wait this is really entertaining wth, and good art, like it's pretty without being over the top, very natural

i love the inherent tragedy of someone long gone shadowing the narrative,,,, imma love seeing sihyeon's past play out. also the loan shark that took his place is a good person, like woww for all his stoicism he empathizes a lot unconsciously, it makes him very likeable

did i say stoic?? bro has elegant rizz wth. Also this is sooooo, agh my heart, he's the one completely uninvolved and thrust into sihyeon's body randomly and yet he seems to be the only one who understands sihyeon........ aw crud with everyone new chapter I wanna give sihyeon a hug, poor kid,,, or not a hug acc he doesn't like that, a bagful of chocolate maybe

it's crazy that it feels like only hajin and anhyeon acc care about sihyeon, everyone else feels fake somehow like they weren't this worried when sihyeon was actually going through it,,, also every single man is sus jeez

also sihyeon is rlly rlly pretty like damnn,,, his eye colourrrr, the lashes,,, ngl i miss the blonde hair, it suited him soo well

also the daejun scenes are giving me butterflies too wth,,, i knew from the beginning he was the ml tho that was obvious XD

the baby isn't cute at allllll lmsdkfnskjgsn
idk what they did but they didn't proportion right so the baby isn't cute just kinda annoying looking (I thought maybe "on my way to find mom" spoiled me but nah my standard have been up since gakuen babysitters and 'who made me a princess')

the mom is pretty though. she looks... she looks like SOMEONE i can't remember what but something about her face looks like another character I can't for the life of me remember who. That aside the story is pretty basic and generic but sometimes you need that to turn your brain off for a bit

also also...... typical rich lady-- my brother in christ YOU were a rich boy. anyway yeah imma keep reading this until i figure out who the mom looks like it's eating at me
