everyone saying “mujin is so innocent, i feel bad for him” “cho ah was so annoying” are so ignorant and need their morals checked. what do you mean you publicly support a rapist, murderer, and so much more? especially because mujin expressed little to no remorse for his actions, only expressing regret and apologies when he thought cho ah was upset or going to leave him. there’s constant scenes of cho ah being upset about mujin’s lies and deceptions, only for mujin to gaslight him saying “please dont forsake me.” mujin is not innocent, he literally killed a little girl for breaking glass, although he was pressured by his father, he relished in the feeling of killing that girl. cho ah was constantly raped/deceived/taken advantaged of by everyone around him, even by the people who were the “closest” to him, so yeah i’d be a little annoying too if i was cho ah. awful ending like omg dpmo
theres so much potential to extend the story and explore more of it. the soul switch? the little brother and mason suddenly not caring about him anymore after afghanistan? additionally, the entire afghanistan experience for mason and how he got into mercenary work and how he’s so skilled? the entire satanic ritual hayley had? all of hayley’s ex scandals, drug addiction, and lovers? hayley’s old movies and childhood? mason’s coffee shop? we never got to see hayley meet noah’s parents too, i think, i kinda breezed through it because everything went by so quickly and smoothly. there should’ve been more plot with the stalker, mason’s background about afghanistan, his brother, how he got into mercenary work, noah’s relationship with his parents and how it lead him to be so dependent on mason, and how hayley became so corrupt as a innocent child actor and probably about how corrupt the movie industry is
