this manga gave me a fucking whiplash to the point that idek if i like or dislike the story
i do love the cop's character development tho. im proud that he was able to admit that he has issues and went to therapy to resolve those issues and become a better person. it was also nice that we got to see a bisexual character (who knows and accepts his sexuality) end up w/ a woman in bc it really shows that even if one ends up w/ the opposite sex doesnt necessarily that one is straight so YAY FOR BISEXUAL REPRESENTATION
fuck i swear ever since the first chap i already had a feeling that i was going to hate him throughout the entire story and well my feeling WAS RIGHT. it's so disgusting how he treats eunwoo he DEADASS DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER. it's so frustrating how he ends up with a piece of shit when he couldve been with GOLD (VP) well at least tae ho acknowledges that he's trash,,, im just really sad for the vp bc to me it feels like he genuinely had/has feelings for eunwoo and absolutely respects him unlike that fucking trash

not only did they talk about adoption they also ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEY'RE A FAMILY JUST THE WAY THEY ARE AND ALSO REGISTERED THEIR PARTNERSHIP WHICH IS SOMETHING I HAVE NOT SEEN IN A SINGLE BL THAT IVE READ & IM JUST WOW I LUV THEM

Unfortunately, same sex adoption isn’t a reality in Japan, so that’s why so many plot lines in BL center around not being able to give your partner a child.
There’s also no legal recognition of same sex marriage either (only the symbolic one that they got in this manga) :(

I felt the same way, and it made me regret reading this storyline. That IS fucking disgusting as no normal parent would do that/ feel that way after something like that happened. I lost my respect for both Katou and Show and not going to read the rest.
