I'd also like to point out that before all of that he held him in his apartment against his will and molested him forcibly. He might've lost concious thought but after what he did every action afterwards was completely his fault. You can't just say "Well, oops I might've started it but I blacked out after that so it's not my fault" Had he blacked out before he forced him to stay and molested him, then maybe. Now? No.

No, not really. This author seemingly dabbles in rape often and it's the same jam with a new label. Before what? Are you referring to when Hye supposedly raped Dojin? Hye had no control over his actions and wasn't conscious from the start, Dojin did say no but caved in and even stated things like "because I'm impatient" Hye has consistently showed he wants no part of that. Omegaverse be damned, it might bring in new parameters but it didn't change laws or make rape legal.
