What I understood:
This is a chain of violence and r***.
The bald yakuza was r* and he r* the blonde guy, then the blonde guy saw a poster of the black hair guy and the knew that he was a r* victim too.
So he decided to save him without knowing he was helping him.
So, I think he as a victim is able to find out others who also are victims… and somehow he wants to help even if he can’t help himself. And the black hair guy realised that and help the blonde guy.
So all the things that the blonde was rapping, singing was for seeking help. He was asking for help.
