I have re-read it, I think there was something about Seiji's past that make Aiji, the big brother, can not leave him alone no matter what, Aiji (as an omega) even willing to be his mate. Maybe it's relate to their parents that didn't treat and love Seiji properly (Please look at Seiji's reaction on chapter 5 when Towa rejected him and calling out Aiji's name). That's definitely a clue!
