Well, all the sites seem to indicate that the main story has ended, but it seems to me that the creators are planning to have side stories published. They have not produced anything yet so far, but then again, it's common for the creators to go on a hiatus for a bit after the series completion. So we'll see, I guess.

So basically, the current emperor really tries hard to change, he tries to treasure the uke more like the old eunuch advised, does things to please him etc etc. Uke didn't accept him at first (there were a lot of dialogues so I don't know what they talked about) perhaps about what Wonje did etc and I have a feeling that the seme might've said something like 'I'm not Wonje, in this life I want to treasure you' or something, since uke looks surprised by his words. Fast forward, uke eventually realizes that seme is really trying to change, and towards the end, he starts to develop feelings too. But as things seem to be getting better, uke's brother appears (but I have no idea if he remembers his past life or not) and I'm not sure what it's about but seems like he's persuading uke to leave and poison(?) seme. The bro's also working together with a consort and sort of drugs(?) uke to manipulate him into poisoning the seme? I'm not sure. But when it's time to do it, uke doesn't want to, and ends up swallowing the poison instead. I'm guessing he confesses his feelings or something, before he passes out in seme's arms. Seme then loses his shit and punishes those involved etc etc. Also, seme's son takes a liking to uke and seme seems jealous lol. I'm not sure if it's finished or not, but they're definitely happy now, seme has changed a lot and they're sweet together T__T
I see. It'd be nice to see some side stories!

Haha XD Well based on the prologue, seems like the seme is interested in the uke, but ends up doing everything wrong to have him. He's more similar to Wonje in that sense, at least from the prologue.
