No problem aha. I actually have a soft spot for Bokurani Matsuwaru (I have the English copy on my bookshelf, actually) and Kyuugo in general. The translation was very difficult to read in the print version, but after a few rereads I really liked the choices that were made. I feel like the person we were replying to had the same initial reaction I did, though they didn't think through it enough to consider the asethetic reasons behind how it was translated (as in, it wasn't written that way simply to spite the reader and make it more difficult to process).

I didn't realize there was an English copy available. = ) I sometimes pick volumes of my favorites on Amazon but most are not officially translated.
