Need Help finding Yaoi Manga

Basically the uke is clueless and indecisive person. He goes to work overseas in Italy. His co-worker is lazy but the Uke keeps encouraging him with a smile. The seme keeps telling him he loves him, the uke unknowingly agrees. When it's time for him to go back to Japan he winds up staying in Italy cause the project turned out well.
