Do you use Chrome as a browser? I think you should try another browser when doing that. Try Firefox, for example. I think this problem is because of some Chrome bug.

I noticed when you put your text cursor (the flashing "|" thing) on the text box of adding tags in Chrome. The button you use to enter the tags becomes the "⇥ (rightwards arrow to bar)" button.

But when I used it in Firefox, it becomes the line-break button (the arrow pointing down and to the left). I can't paste the symbol, sorry, but you can search it.

The line-break button appears when you put your cursor in this reply text box too. Although, it doesn't appear when you add tags on Chrome (because, it becomes this ⇥ instead). The line-break button appears on Firefox, for me, when I add tags.
