Anyone up to give a brief synopsis again?? Kinda forgot the story considering how long it's been
I’ve just reread, and so this isn’t very brief but i hope you will kinda recall the story from this!!!
MC (BaekHa) is a novelist suffering from narcolepsy, and the ML (Jae In) is his new next door neighbour. It turns out the neighbour is quite a big fan of MC’s books, as it saved him when he was going through a hard time in his life.
During the MC’s narcoleptic episodes (when he is asleep), he has these recurring dreams of 3 males of different ages, but somehow they are simply different versions of the same person. The new neighbour feels exactly like the person from the MC’s dreams!
Due to weird circumstances, they ended up making a deal where the ML cooks meals for the MC, and the MC would sign 40 copies of his books!
Their relationship develops more through this arrangement, and we find out various things (kinda spoilersish?):
- MC has an ability where he can sense when bad things will happen
- ML also has a power related to being able to control electrical devices
- MC is adopted, and lost his loving adoptive parents in a traumatising car accident
- ML has a rough past where his mother neglected him and his father tried to kill him various times
- MC has been stalked continuously leading to his house, where he lived with his parents, being burnt in an arson. A woman attempted to kill him, and herself, as her sick daughter died whilst waiting on MC’s new book. Another stalker, whom we haven’t caught yet, sends blank envelopes to MC’s address. He seems to be the main danger in the story
In the last few chapters, the ML confessed to the MC, as he knows that MC has some sort of feelings towards him too. MC is reluctant to accept the confession despite his feelings, as he is unsure whether he loves the real ML, or the person from his dreams, as they continuously overlap.
Main character has a serious narcoleptic episode, and hasn’t woken up from his dream for around a month! Then the latest chapeters continue!
