The only thing I don’t understand about the people hating on this yaoi is that abusive relationships like this exist in real life, especially in Korea, not everything is happy or nontoxic. And Dan made an agreement with jaekyung in the beginning giving him CONSENT, for all of you talking about rape. Honestly it’s not even as bad as you are saying it is like there is soooo much that could be worse. I do agree about how barely anything has happened but I do think that something is coming soon. Honestly the appeal of this story for me is that he isn’t happy right away and that he is experiencing and feeling all these things that so many people go through. I feel like what makes a lot of people dislike jaekyung in general is because we don’t know why he is the way he is. We get all this background for Dan making us relate or feel bad for him but when it comes to jaekyung we get nothing. I think that lack of information plays a big part on the story and was most likely done on purpose. It’s just that without seeing the human side of jaekyung it’s hard to see him as such. There is obviously some history that will be revealed at some point we just have to wait.
