It's "Laughing Under the Clouds" or "Donten ni Warau" in Japanese. They've also done an anime out of it. It's really good, i love it!!
I can't believe this is actually happening omg my heart ┗( T﹏T )┛this was one of the first anime I ever watched and it always gives me fuzzy good feelings of childhood when I reminisce about it so reading literally got me crying ╥﹏╥
