I'm 38 years old and straight. I've been in a relationship with my partner for about 14 years and we have a daughter but tbh I don't plan and don't wish to get married. I've never felt the need to have this kind of commitment and I don't believe that it's necessary so long as you love the other person. I don't care if we have different family names......
