Okay I’ve been looking for this manga for a while can someone help me out please?

It was about a gangster dude and the girl was a writer I believe? The last thing I remember was the girl was having period cramps and the dude came and cuddled her with his hand on her stomach. It was really cute after all the sex they had before, definitely a wholesome change. Thank you if anyone can help cx
