Is it possible Hara's string was going to attach to Kaoru since he started to accept falling in love with Hara ? I mean because while they were on their date his string still wasn't attached to anybody but after they confessed their love to each other the next morning the string is attached or starting to? Maybe Kaoru assumed to soon it would be to someone else... I dunno maybe just wishful thinking on my part
