It's a specific premise so I don't have a lot of recs sorry, but Sweet Not Sugar features a struggling uke with a seme who's kind and doesn't want to take advantage. It's omegaverse though.
Also another is Stigmata - Aikon; the uke isn't poor financially but he is struggling with himself and the seme is very kind and endearing. One of my hidden gems because it's not very popular sadly.
stigma is one of my favorites! i love the art style and the premise is super unique and interesting, definitely need more of that in this genre

Translation is bad , missing chapters and repeated chapters but the story was beyond my imagination if all the errors that I mentioned before were fixed the story would be 10 stars manga

Lol. Well, omegaverse are mostly about the how Pheromones & heats influence their lives. Babies are in some stories but not all. So if you were expecting to see kids then it would be a big disappointment.
You'd have to search for Omegaverses that have kids specifically.
