C'mon, there are many great manhwas that do not involve romance.
Think of it like the gladiator. Would anyone call the gladiator a romance? No. But the characters connections to their wives, lovers, etc., provide them depth and motivation.
Why is it only 8.8 in rating? The story is written very well and the art is chef's kiss though its incest which can also be quite disturbing.
