So Ayna/Gold is given goddess powers (3 wishes) by destiny who wants to test the humans. To protect her from the greedy who want her powers, destiny gives the village a mission to protect her and a box to open if anything happens to her. Ayna grows up in the village extremely protected and then meets Ronan the sun king covered in blood in the woods. She takes him to the village and according to village hospitality traditions he is allowed to stay for 5 days. It is hinted that Ranon knows of Ayna's powers. Ayna becomes frustrated of the village's overprotectiveness and objectification and with some urging (and sex) from Ranon decides to run away with him. They are intercepted by Arthur the blacksmiths son who is infatuated with Ayna and knows she will be used as a tool for bloodshed. Ranon tells him that he does not need Ayna's powers but her 'kidnapping' would help. He also calls Arthur a hypocrite kinda and tells him to go to the king of portes to tell him that the goddess has been kidnapped in order to provoke a war. War happens. Ranon asks for Ayna's proof of love and she tells him her real name, Gold. Creepy destiny(?) possesses her and tells him that he has 3 wishes. His first wish is to marry her. They get married. Ranon's soldiers are wary of Ayna so Ranon decides to use some weather illusion in order to persuade the ppl and incite morale. It works. Akrana unifies to form the Kartazen empire. Ayna becomes pregnant and Ranon worries and tells her that he will kill the child to save her life and if the child killed her he wouldn't be able to love it. After that questionable convo timeskip to them having 2 sons. Eldest (Adil)is a spiteful brat and the younger (Alikeh) is a timid follower. They stone a son of a noble house to death because he mocked them for being dimwits even with the blood of the emperor and a goddess. Overreaction much? And theyre literally children?? How are they this evil already??Ranon wonders why his beloved's body was broken for these imbeciles. His words not mine. Arthur comes to the palace and graffities it (jobless pos)and the 1st prince sees it and begins throwing a tantrum saying it's true that my mother is a bitch if she wasnt a heathen he wouldn't be born a loser. Ronan hears this and beats him to death (oof guess that's the overreaction genes) and hangs Arthur. Ayna becomes possessed by destiny who tells Ranon to either forgive their sons according to Ayna's wishes and let them kill her or kill their sons and incur Anya's wrath. Meanwhile the villagers open the box which kills them all? Ranon's soldiers who were sent to kill the villagers finds the last dying man who says the descendants of their sorcery are both everywhere and nowhere and they will take back their goddess. Ayna has a breakdown. It is alluded that the box is connected to their 3rd son Lucien who Anya sends down in a river in order to protect him from becoming a sacrifice to Avikeh's blessing (rip adil). The empire subjugates the sorcerors who in return decide to leave. The river sends Lucien to them and is saved by a soldier possessed by destiny who tells them to take the baby and establish a nation call Vishtein in the south. Destiny makes a wager with Ranon and tells him after his death for a 1000 years humankind will be punished with poverty, famine, disease, and disasters while his descendants who recieve the blessing will lose everyone they love and die of madness. If Ranon does not become an evil spirit after those years, destiny will tell him how to end the punishment. But he fails and none of his descendants repent they will die in a great flood. Dun dun dun. Ranon bans sorcery. The end.
