I love everything about this manga. Lucille, Sensei, her calm temperament and conscientious manner, his brusque practicality still imbued with kindness, the carefully prepared meals adjusted to sensei's taste, macaron and the menagerie of wild creatures and their lovable shenanigans, the warmth of the people in their picturesque little town, Teo-san's consideration, Cortez's unrelenting optimism, Lilia's elegant ferocity, Deidei's cheerful naivete, Ida's endearing charm, the glimpses of the nuanced magic world, the singing world tree, the exploration of love and longing and daily life. Laufey's music is the perfect soundtrack for this
This is so verbose but I guess that's what makes it interesting. I do have to take breaks to read it though lol the flashforwards (?) foreshadow angst so I'm excited
Wow I hate the chief hope he dies and stays dead if I had a boss like that I would kill him too lol but ppl seem to be really empathetic let's see if my opinions change after I finish (^o^)
I finished it and I'm glad he became a better person it's nice that he had to resolve the problem himself (the problem was him anyways) without luda otherwise he mightve really gotten a lobotomy
