I have a friend who's a guy, and he likes reading manga just like me so yes we became best friends and one day he saw the manhwa killing stalking. He saw the genre before in some site where you can read that one and the genre was shounen ai, so he tried to read them and so he got hooked. Then it updated and the genre became yaoi but still he wants to read it. (≧∇≦) and so we lost contact for 2 months and after that he told me he read some yaoi, and so i was so shook. Yes, mangago uploads and profits off of manga without the permission of publishers or the authors that created them. There are very few things uploaded to this site with permission (I've only seen 3). What mangago does is considered copyright infringement ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringement). Lezhin actually has a notice at the top of their chapters stating that unauthorized distribution is illegal. However this is not uncommon amoung all forms of media , including movies, music, books, anime, ect.
In terms of if it's right or wrong, I'll let you decide on that.

There are many illegal things that are going on that no one gets arrested for.
Even if this site wasn't illegal (which it is), the copious amount of underaged readers on here is already a good enough reason for the site to be taken down. I don't actually know why it hasn't been yet, but I am thankful or else I would have to go elsewhere to read manga.
