I feel that it would be a huge blow to him if the Uke could make himself just lie there and not acknowledge the Seme at all... Every omegaverse have their own version of the 'omegaverse world'. It'll be good if u read the explanations of the 'omegaverse world' at the start of every manga and not assume what u knew from other mangas can be applied here as well
Except that this manga didn't give a rules explanation for the universe it takes place in. So this was a legitimate question by the person. We will just have to wait and see how it pans out.
