So Sangwoo asks Bum what did he get oustide, Sangwoo answers his own question and says "oh it's a secret", Bum corrects him that it's not a secret and that he'll find out soon. Next scene, Bum tries to get the basket of meds but gets caught by Sangwoo but Sangwoo brushes it off and acts like he didn't notice. Sangwoo is now paranoid that Bum is trying to do what he's mom did (poisoning with pills). Sangwoo counts the poison pills, still ok. Bum tries to get the basket of meds again and ends up spilling the poison pills on the floor, he tries to put it back inside the bottle but misses some of the pils thus decreasing the it's number. Sangwoo counts again, he freaks out.. and boom 'to be continuing'
Ps. I still don't know what Bum took oustide and why or how is it related to him trying to get the med basket
