The art is really doing all the work and putting in overtime. There’s so many plot holes, loose threads, and sloppy writing going on. •Like what even is MC’s motivation at this point? •I don’t even remember what quest she’s trying to fulfill. •Why make that dude your disciple if you literally don’t teach him or help him with anything? •What about the missing saint or whatever she is? •What happened to getting justice for OG Rene being SA by the pope or whatever he is? •What about the system glitches? •What about whatever is mind controlling the prince? I could probably go on and on but I don’t feel like going back and re-reading atp. I’m gonna have to just let this marinate. Then, hopefully, by the time I come back SOMETHING will have been resolved or have made some progress.
I don't think they are potholes more like unresolved plot, which will probably unfold in the future so you SHOULD let this marinate before continuing to read this

SOME of my points are could just be unresolved atp I agree. BUT, we’re at chapter 60 now. Not chapter 10, not 30, chapter 60. What has even been accomplished so far? Avoiding getting framed for murder and maybe building something of a relationship with the brothers?

I get your frustration, but you do realise that what you've listed are probably worth more than 2 seasons, right? Lol
Based on your question, I don’t think you get what I’m saying. Desgod
I do. There are actually some questions answered honestly.
- she just wanna go back to her original dimension, but she got sent to this one related to the romance. - her quest is to clear her reputation and increase romance level with one of the candidates - that one candidate she chose is that disciple of hers. I think she accepted him (and iirc even warned him that she's not going to teach) for her quest
That's as far as I remember. And honestly, I don't think the story was dragging too much. Sometimes a long read is nice.

Well tbh 60 chapters is really short (for novel based manhwas), since for all of that to get resolved that quickly would probably feel rushed (and I know that they should at least get some plot points resolved by now but personally I think the author is trying to build up to it slowly), also this is probably based on a novel and normally 60 chapters is only about not even 30 chapters in. To be able to draw out scenarios in a novel without losing too much detail and implication while maintaining the plot is kind of hard, and that's why it would make the manhwas longer. (Since most manhwas pacing are pretty similar to this) I also personally think that there should be a lot of conspiracies and scheming so that would take some time to unfold. You also probably think this is long because we have to wait for updates to continue reading, but if you just read it in one sitting 60 chapters is pretty short, because one chapter in itself IS short. Drawing is very time consuming so one chapter can only get very little plot across (I assume there's also a limit for how much or how long a chapter should be so we can't really have much plot progression ). Though I do agree with you that the plot is kind of going in circles, and I think it would be blamed on the script for not having no concrete path yet (as of what we have seen) or it does but it's just is very long . (For example the SA from the pope probably will take a while since it involves the church, and the prince's mind control I assume is related to the system or a Big Boss so that would also take a while to get along with iykwim). When I first read this story I already had about 50 something chapters so I got to read it in one sitting and I found that the plot was paced very reasonably. Anyways thank you for listening to my TED talk I would also love to discuss any opinions you have about this topic too, course this is just my personal opinion as like how you expressed your own opinion. (What I'm trying to say is I'm not trying to pick a fight or defend the manhwa, I simply am just stating my opinion). Hope you have a good day and honestly I recommend reading the novel lord of the mysteries if you haven't for some really good plot planning and some crazy background scheming manipulation that takes a long time before you can see what happens, it honestly always astonishes me when the plot starts to connect because even though it's really long, it's crazily smart, like when things starts to unfold and then you connect it to past events that happened that seem insignificant honestly is mind boggling (I'm just trying to spread this fandom at this point GAT DAMN is it a good story )

LOTM!!! I stumbled upon the manhwa version by chance and I'm so tempted to read the novel so, so much rn. And I agree with your point too!! Honestly, it's the update. We just need to let it marinate.

Honestly you should read the novel. It's already completed and for me reading the manhwa doesn't really capture the essence and darkness of the novel, for example when the novel starts the description of it is much more grueling and gross than what is drawn in the manhwa. Tho I don't know how far the manhwa has gotten, I will warn you however this story is pretty tragic, not tragic for our main character but you'll cry sometimes (if you're an emotional person like me, if you're not you'll at least get a bit sad I guess). Like you won't expect things to happen the way they do. Despite my warning I don't think the tragic parts are really that bad it just adds more depth to the story and character. I'm currently on chapter 1285 (it has 1432 chapters), it seems long but really the world building is really deep it doesn't even feel that long, cuz normally when you read a long story it becomes really repetitive and gets boring sometimes, but for this one I don't think it gets boring at all since each Arc has a very different theme and mysteries. I do admit however some parts are just unnecessarily long but I like to read so it doesn't really matter. The way the plot unfolds and is explored really caught my attention. And of course, you should read the novel because you'll get to know more deeply about Klein's personality, he's just so funny and down to earth and smart, he's not a boring person at all quite relatable actually, since he's our main character we know that he gets plot armor but honestly you don't feel like he's overpowered or anything, like of course since he has a "secret" he does have a boost compared to others and in the world itself he is considered strong and lucky as the story progressed, but you don't get the sense that he's overpowered and super strong and can destroy everything like most stories similar to this, you'll even feel that he's quite helpless in front of great danger (unlike solo leveling, I do love it but how strong he is gets repetitive). Lastly some people say the first Arc is the most boring and slow, so some people don't continue to read it cuz they think it's that boring, if you do feel like the first Arc is boring I suggest you to stick to reading it and by the end of the 1st Arc things will get exciting real quick (and lowkey sad). Personally though I loved the first Arc I don't think any Arc in the story is boring actually

Another reason you should read the novel is because it's actually a triology, the third book is not finished yet but the second is I think finished or is in progress, one book is already going to take a really really really long time to finish if you're reading a manhwa. So if you want to know more about the plot and get along to the second book I think you should just start reading the novel, youll miss out on a lot if you don't read the novel, since the amount of detail in there is A LOT (the art style doesn't really capture how cool the characters actually are, you should search up official art of the characters).

10/10 the title and agree. That whole makius family and royal family is fucking annoying i want everything you talked about resolved one by one
