The hiatus would have ended on sep 22, infact I already saw the original version of the new chapter on a private IG I follow, bcs the author published it. This message here, was only posted late I guess, bcs the author wrote about the hiatus in august.
Ok there are a tons of names and I can kinda understand why we all getting confused, but I think things are like this: (spoilers)
Michael is the chaki child(or whatever was that name), he is one of the first vampires and he created Hwa's dad(forgot name) and also other like the one that were transformed now in jewels. Another one of his "children" and the first one he made, was the blond ex lycan. He and Michael were lovers and he changed him to a vampire(probably centuries ago) so they could be together, but when Michael created the other vampires (Hwa's dad, jewels dudes etc..) the guy became jealous, since he saw his lover position being less important that Michale new children that were getting all his attention. Things got ugly btw them and they broke up(kind of?), then years passed and Michael found another lover in Hwa's uncle(forgot name, but is the white wolf we saw), and is for this reason that the blond dude and ex lover imprisoned him, but he didn't kill him only kept him as slave/pet, because he is scared of Michael. The blond knows that doing this will attract Michael's attention and he still hopes that the vampire will chose him again, but there we all know that is not gonna happen bcs he loves white wolf(like I said forgot the name) and he is actually thinking of turning him now so they can be together forever(this is a spoiler I kinda understood from the next chapters).
Then there is all the plot about Hwa's lover(the female lycan carrying the kids), but that part is not connected to Michael's lovers revenge thing plot, also if it has a connection to him anyway since Hwa is his nephew.
At least this is what I understood and I hope this longggggggg thing I wrote can help someone that is getting confused. Sorry for the name I forgot many of them, but I think that is still clear who I'm talking about.

You're explanation is correct! but you got some of the names mixed up, Michael is Hwa's dad Yibin, Michael is his original name. "Khaki" is Michael's "father"/the vampire that turned him. That's why lycan lord refers to Michael as "khaki child". Thanks for laying out the conflict plot so well!
Np!!! Yep, I fail with names ahahah and here there are way too many to remember. But to summarize the blond is the ex lover of Hwa's grandpa XDDD, who is now in a relationship with who Hwa calls uncle.

We don't know yet if "shit" happens, because the author is on pause and will post a new chapter in mid september+. So, the only thing we know atm is that the co-worker will smell his pheromones and that they are in a room alone, and our baby omega isn't aware of what he is doing with his scent yet, the chapter ends like that, with the alpha turning towards him and staring at the omega(is the chapter after this one). Some people said that the author was asked if there was gonna be a rape scene for the main couple and she said no. I just hope it was true.
I love this manga, hope it doesn't get ruined by the usual rape/abuse.
