1. It's a mistranslation that should mean "concubine" or "mistress" (I don't know, I'm not fluent in Korean, so this is just a guess of mine).
2. Seungho has decided he will marry Na-kyum, so he makes him crossdress and announces "she" is a noble lady from far away. This way, his orgy buddies can't exactly object. Actually, even his dad and brother can't object, and he can legally get married to Na-Kyum.
3. The "fiancee" is a rumour, it's Na-kyum under the blanket. There's no actual "fiancee". It's just to get his ex fuckbuddies to stop snooping around and plotting because that's just annoying as hell.
4. He's not disguising that Na-Kyum is male, he's just outright announced "I'm marrying this man, because I want to". It's his biggest "fuck you" to the society he's in. A double "fuck you" to learned sir who said Na-Kyum is only ever a prostitute. Seungho marrying him legally makes him a noble, so the exact opposite of a prostitute.
5. Crack theory: it's the assassin under the blanket. Seungho is on a mission to fuck 'em all, as long as they are hot.
Yeah. Keep the theory train going?

I LOVE that for once, even the original heroine isn't evil-schemy,unreasonable, a mary sue, or an air head like a lot of reincarnate-as-villainess mangas/manhwas.
She sees through most of the male choices and knows they're all dumbasses. I do like Nine x Melissa, though Yuri x Melissa is just as great. It feels more like a Yuri v.s. Nine for Melissa's affections right now, though. Can't wait to see more interaction between all three of them.

Ok, so I think it has been said enough times that Hugh has a son, who is actually his nephew.
His twin brother Hugo had a son with who was presumably their half sister or cousin (or someone related to them by blood) .
Apparently Hugo hadn't known his Lady was related to him. It's possible they (all the adults at the time) hid this fact from the brothers and the girl so that they'll continue the bloodline.
Which is probably one of the reasons why current Duke Taran (Hugh) wants to end the bloodline. It's messed up and not sustainable.
The doctor, on the other hand, is obsessed with keeping the bloodline because he's somewhat distantly part of the bloodline (human descendants), and because that's what his family has been doing for generations. That, and because the Tarans went through a lot to rebuild.
Personally, though, it's not as if the bloodline would end even if Damien's bride isn't related to him by blood. It is mentioned that a Noble and human would get daughters, so it's a matter of changing the right of succession so that daughters can inherit the title and continue the dukedom. If the doctor means the bloodline as in the power they retain from being once magical, then yeah, that would be lost over time.
The inhuman strength of the bloodline would probably dwindle as a result, but at least you don't have to force all your descendants to be incestuous.

Yeah, like how Watanuki from xxxHolic was actually an alternate version of Syaoran, is Akiho somehow another version of Sakura??
Except they can't both be in the same timeline, which is why there's this time magic thing (Which might be Kaito's end goal), and maybe yhe reason why Kaito now pursues forbidden time magic is actually to save Akiho??
I mean, xxxHolic and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles both deal with dimensions as their main theme, I won't be surprised if the Clear Card Arc is a companion piece that exlores the theme of time.

I know many people ship Nameless with Jihwa, but what if Nameless falls for Nakyum after observing him for a while!? He'll approach Nakyum as a commomer and wins his trust, then ask Nakyum to run away with him under the guise of freedom. He'll be able to pull it off too, since he's a skilled assassin and knows how to "disappear". If that happens, Seungho's got one hell of a rival. It's a dude who's hard to find, and not afraid of hos (Seungho's) social position and power. That's gonna be one hell of a plot twist if it does happen...

I have so many ideas popping in my head as I read this...
First of all, if Rael is the ML, the author is really making this a slow burn.I'm hoping this means we get to see a surprising plot twist in the near future.
For example, maybe a candidate pretends to be Princess Morina (but masquerading as some noble lady so her "cover" isn't blown, so she actually has 2 covers). Except she is actually a hired actress sponsored by a noble to get more influence in court (if the actress becomes Crown Princess). Rael gets intrigued, and Marie attends to this candidate.
The actress plays her part as a "saintly princess" in front of the Prince, but Marie discovers that When the Prince isn't around, the candidate uses the Prince's name to abuse others and takes bribes from other nobles. Marie gets mad about this two-faced person, and lets Rael know. They set a trap together to expose the imposter, but the noble backing her is pretty high ranking so he pulls some strings to cover up the imposter's blunder.
This forces Marie to reveal things that only she, the REAL Princess Morina, would know. This calls for summoning some of the poor people of Cloyan to identify the "saintly princess" who helped them. Since they wouldn't have seen the imposter before, they'd point out Marie as the person who helped them.
Rael will then inwardly jump for joy and court Marie. Naturally, being blunt AF he first screws up by trying to order her to marry him or die(we will all call him an asshole for this). Marie is strongly against it, because she's been getting close to a certain maskless
blonde swordsman(AKA maskless Rael). This stabs Rael deep in the gut, andhe is unknowingly jealous of his unmasked self for awhile. Eventually, he courts her and she notices similarities between the Crown Prince and the "blonde swordsman".*
Alternate to the above paragraph: Marie sees a portrait of Rael unmasked while working in the Lion Palace, and they get to know each other. The reveal prompts Rael to openly court Marie.
At the same time, some nobles still have doubts, so they won't be satisfied unless she can prove herself as a princess. So for the next 200ish chapters (someone on here said the raws are running to 200 something chapters) it's Marie overcoming various tests with the help of the dreams. Rael gets more amazed the more she handles things.
Johannes butts in from time to time, and is basically the rival for Rael. Meanwhile, Marie sees more of Rael as a person, and sees his policies are done for the sake of the people. On the other hand, Kiel is a supporter of the old nobility, so he tries to persuade her that Rael's methods are crushing the aristocracy, and the "order" of the country. She disagrees and they drift apart.
That's all I got in terms of predicting...

I am really confused about the old dog, Jetty. Is Jetty an old Male dog, or female dog? They've got him in a daisy dress with flowers and all, but he's still got a 'stache and the younger dog even refers to him as "gramps".
I get that some dogs get accessorized cutely, but couldn't he just have looked like an old man wearing really colourful old man clothes? All the other animals were drawn with clothes fittinf their own gender, this just makes me feel Like the cafe staff misgendered Jetty...
From the premise of the chapter, I get that MC's father is the an imperial prince of Elesbaine, and he married a lady from a fallen noble family. Zev wanted this lady (MC's mother) for himself, which forced the lady to seek a marriage contract for MC with someone else so creepy Third Prince uncle can't tap her daughter.
Caleb is also an imperial prince, but it's not clearly stated whether he's the brother of the in-line Imperial princes, or if he's the son of one of the brothers, which also makes him an Imperial prince, but for the next generation (after MC's parents' generation). Doesn't this make MC and Caleb cousins? Or uncle and niece??
Omg, this seems to be getting darker with each chapter...help!!
No. I think MC's father was from a ducal house. It said there's two imperial princes, evil second IP and third ip was the one who wanted the marriage contract. Hilde's father was a duke and her mother was from the fallen noble house. So Hilde and Caleb have no blood relationship whatsoever.
OK, that makes A LOT MORE sense. Thanks!
No problem!
