I just feel like gore would have been better than our poor Ja Heon getting r*ped like this, this isn't for plot, this doesn't make sense story wise. It's just unnecessary and cruel.
I'm aware that it's ironic for me to say that when I literally just said gore is better, but morally? I'd feel so. Just have them bite or bleed him out or something, making it sexual just seems so....ugh.
Maybe I'm overthinking this and that's my own fault for actually gaf about plot and world building ¯(눈_눈)_/¯
You know what, after reading the new chapter, my bad. I knew what this genre came involved with and knew there was a high probability of r*pe. Also there's been r*pe from almost the very beginning so me harping about it now is kinda shit on my part. Tbh I think I had forgotten about the r+pe from the beginning and story wise just prefer none in my reading experience, but it's just so common that I find it distasteful and gruesome.
But that's just me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I know all rapists are bad and deserve to be executed (electric chair for them all or beheading tbh). But this is fiction and I am just used to these stupid writers romanticizing rape, noncon and dubcon between the main pairing. So it just caught me super off guard when it was Jaheon, the MC, getting raped by randos.
Her never training could be boiled down to the OG Viola just being such a bamf that when she takes over she naturally does excellent in battle.
But never exercising at all? Being a badass does NOT mean your body will always be able to keep up, actually it's the exact opposite and without maintaining a certain level of fitness your body WILL fail you.
Example: you stumble and know you're falling and that it's going to hurt but aren't fast enough to have caught your balance or put your hands out to break your fall; you eat grass.
They could have done a tiny little scene with her sweating and Zeno giving her a strawberryade all cute-like
well, if you read the new chapter, 91, they address her need of training
