I don't have any issue that she wants to use eckles as her survival key but she use eckles way to much now, I don't know I just feel sorry for him. The fact that penelope using eckles as a tool to survive, I understand that penelope desperately wanted to survive in the game but she is way to cold. At first it's okay but the longer I read I realized that she never once think of eckles as a person, everytime she is going to see eckles she always have motives and desperately wants to gain his love just for her own convenience
But yeah I love hers angst though its just she's way to Cold to eckles
I don't know at what point of the manhwa you are, but he's not a good person either. I don't know if he'd have turned out different if Penelope had shown true affection to him, but as things stand now he is better off way far from her.
