How long has this been going on?/where to stop

This feels like it has been going on for forever I keep coming back, try to read it again, realize this is way too long and feels like it's running on forever, and then I'll just stop at 41- 43 and pretend like the rest of the series doesn't exist.

I have a strange feeling that the third Prince, is a rewind situation like Liana. Like he knows he's not supposed to bring up Liana, and is trying to cover his tracks, and I don't think that's just he's scared of his older brother,I think he knows something.
