I read this manhua years ago in an app and I didn’t bookmark it here. I forgot the title. Please help me find it. If I remember correctly, it was Chinese manhua. But it might be Korean.
It's a manhua about a boy who regressed 3 years to his first year of high school. At the very beginning of the manhua, before he regressed, he got a love confession from his male best friend at their high school graduation party. MC got confused and ran away and that best friend followed him without minding the traffic and got ran over by a car and died immediately. MC felt very sorry about how he acted about the confession.
