If this story ends up with them getting separated because fate will lead them back together in the modern time where they will find each other (the most cliche ending for historical Bl) then i will wait for the last chapter. Can't bear to see Jaeshin hurt and waiting for a long time for Nok to be reincarnated ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
As cliché as it is, I wouldn't dislike such an ending. And the more I think about it, the more I fancy the idea of Nok dying while protecting Jaeshin at some point. So far it's been only Jaeshin helping and protecting Nok. Now that the queen is kinda out of the picture, I am guessing the old man who gambled with Jaeshin will come back for his revenge. Nok will die protecting Jaeshin and then he will reincarnate while Jaeshin patiently waits for him. And to be more delusional, I would even add a whole ass season with the two of them in the modern world. Jaeshin desperately and comically chasing after Nok and trying to win his heart back :,)))))
