Finally after 4 years of putting off not reading painter of the night I would say I regret not reading it earlier because of what most people said. It may get a lot of hate but it isn't as bad as it's made to seem of course there is things like rape and other stuff. But it does get better as time goes by and they start to understand each other more and how they feel about each other. It is quite emotional I couldn't stop crying for like the last 30 chapters I would most definitely re-read even though this put me through and emotional rollercoaster.
