I made a list to keep track of the ones where they 
go further and actually have sex in the story.
For me as a 20+ year old woman who are writing this I am too old (and perverted) o_o  To be satisfied with just the couple holding hands or a peck on the lips at the end of the story.

I love realism, because in today's world we usually move so fast and few of us abstinence completely from sex

Some of these mangas have plot and some might be really smutty, and plot less so just a warning.

These are all either shoujo or josei
 - they should all be 10 chapter+
 - I have listed them very roughly, therefore a manga placed as nr. 56 is still a manga I recommend just as well as nr. 29, BUT, there is a difference between those listed in the bottom to those at the top.
also I have discovered a list can have a maximum of 200 manga =)

After reading a lot of josei manga, there's a lot of bad ones and some actually good ones. 
My ranking can be rather subjective. I don't like cheating so I will avoid it as much as I can. Also don't like harem so I avoid that too. Consent is important so if it starts out pretty sus I will be lowering it down one point. I will judge it based on the story, artwork and smutty. 
Quality is also important so if it is trash...you'll know it's trash.
