unpopular opinion maybe (?) and no hate please but i miss reading a popular shounen korean webtoon thats not about dungeon/isekai/an heir getting revenge/vaguely european setting/bullying etc etc so

i find the plot of this webtoon + jungle juice so freshhhh and HAN MARU the man that you are so scrumptiously sexy in your cringefail salaryman loser behavior - thank YOU for always serving youre pathetic and cute like a wet cat and i wanna give you kisses

other random things i like about this webtoon
- han maru’s power !! copy (devour) technique always is my favorite technique, reminds me of yuuta !!! (also my fave)
- the MOM please, i want to know how the dad and the mom get together, thatd give me idea on how to seduce han maru
(the dad lowkey giving han maru ptsd though so uncle when i find you)
- speaking of uncle - gotdamn that op AHJUICY director … youre so ancient yet you serve cunt so well. PLEASE rip open my **** (forcibly censored)
- i love the found family trope !!! so i love the squad dynamic !!! that 2 panels where they are all taking naps together so cute !!! authornim please do not pull a chainsawman and have the entire squad dropdead bc i might die with them !!!
- the pacing is at BREAKNECK speed but somehow the story doesn’t feel overwhelming and there are a lot of emotional moments too? this is good action writing i think (ORV authors also did well on this) and i reallyyy can a lot from this as a writer myself
- of course the art is so sexy the FIGHT SCENES flow so well !!! toptier webtoon

i dont know how else to describe it other than goddamn - i was invested from beginning to end with the characters. chaeah and yoonsu in particular is so charismatic in their asshole way and so multi-layered. grey and rose too! grimm has been a good boy since the beginning and his path is more linear but i suppose its the relationship between him and yoonsu that has changed throughout the story. the main antagonist is compelling and just straight up psychotic and callous and definitely hard to kill ienough that it needs everyone in the main cast to work together. im soooo satisfied with the ending and yoonsu and chaeah spending the rest of their rich couple live burning money through travels … fucking & fighting … it just sounds good
