Shoud've given the side couples their own story. I had to stop reading since the focus became the doctor and brother. The doctor was just such an asshole for no reason that I really didn't care how the author tries to redeem him. Now coming back to check and seeing all these incest comments...
Is such a bummer since I really like how the first couple isn't the stereotypical brainless/weak MC and a emotionless asshole ML. The way the ML chased after MC like a love sick highschool boy and MC giving him hell for it was was such a fun time.
