I like this manga but she's so dense, how come she said he was kind yet she knows this was a gore manga nd he was the murderer bru, i hate her a bit
I'd like to think she said he was kind bc she doesnt want iwai to be involved. I mean she obviously was panicking when iwai asked questions abt her brother. Who knows what would happen to iwai if he digs too into it, esp if he's not originally in "the game" (idk if he was or not i forgot lol).

I don't think she's dense, she, more than anyone, knows just how far he can fall to the depths of hell (she literally knows what happens in the game) but so far, her brother isn't that person yet. She's doing everything to prevent that from happening and so far, the world has no idea of how fcked in the head her brother is. He's popular and known to be kind. There's no reason to agree to Iwai's words at all. Plus, he truly has been kind and indulging with her shenanigans, no longer indifferent to her existence esp after she got into an accident.
That’s true…I really like your analysis. He even considered matching the same world and pace as her, but decided to drag her into his hell with him. With his sociopathy the person is capable of being charming and feigning/pretending to evoke empathy and emotions for deception purposes. Now with her car accident/prevent his downward spiral into killing larger animals…he’s no long interested in killing as he was but whose to say what would happen if they keep him from the FL.
He already went so far with faking the abuse of his mother, what more when someone is trying to take away his obsession. I read the novel but the manga somehow got more details and events in it, so I'm excited to see what will happen to Iwai (≧∀≦)
