It is obvious that we both enjoy reading manga and that not always we are going to agree with people. But there is absolutely no need for such comment. Having this manwah not update soon as others do not make me an expert on their names and it speaks very little of your civility if someone not being able to recall a fictional character’s name can get you to act this way.

If by MC you mean Aoi, the dark haired omega guy, no. He is not related to Miyaguchi (the butler). He is, instead, related to Jirou, the alpha (and what I assume is "mc's husband" to you). There's a clue in the names. The butler's first name is Ichirou and Jirou's name is, well, Jirou. The names translate to "first son" and "second son".
Sorry, Miyauchi, not Miyaguchi.
BTW, I also adore that Kudo and Miyauchi, first names Yuuto and Ichirou, name their son Yuuichi. It's a combination of both their names and that's so cute.

Ok, so this is basically it: Raine's Fiance Died so he adopted a vampire child named Joel because Vampires are immortal (So Raine would never have to loose someone again), Raine also has sex with a male vampire prostitute because he's lonely but when the prostitute try's to kill him Joel has to save him. Joel then drinks more of Raine's blood and gets his adult form. Raine and Joel then start dating.
