Dion is soo pitiful...actually all the Agriche siblings are..

Yes I agree with you. He is pitiful.
Let's not forget that just as much as Roxanne has been a victim to the Arigche family. The rest of the family like Dion, Jeremy, Roxanne's brother, mother has been a victim too. I mean people like to say Dion is fucked in the head, he should die etc etc, But we should not forget our QUEEN Villainess is also fucked in the head.
.
Also, Dion killed Roxanne's brother. But whut could he have done? It was either him or the brother, he was either supposed to kill him or be killed. Being in the family meant one should not show any weakness, feelings or mercy. Rox's brother was seen as a weakness. They were all just kids. As far as Rox is justified on hating Dion. They are all just the products of their circumstances being brought up in that family.
And Rox being the villainess has a clear advantage given she is reincarnated. Sometimes we forget that she is reincarnated. So yes I kind od think that DION is PITIFUL.

I agree with you on that. But at the same time all of them are kind of have loose morals. As far as of now, if Rox were to kill someone. She would also probably not regret it. Remembering when Jeremy killed/ beat up some people jusy because they were flocking outside of Rox's room. But Rox did not stop him. I feel that all of them don't have any moral values in that sense.

True. But not one character in this story so far is clean. They all have their fair share of killings.
Roxy regularly slaughters people and monsters for her butterflies..or someone will do it to look good in front of her (Dion including) she doesn't stop them..she can't.
Dions morals are fucked up true.. I think he's very very desperate for affection and is convinced that roxie can love him whole heatedly.
His mom doesn't care. His dad is a psycho. The environment he grew up doesn't really promote sibling love either..
So when he saw Roxie crying for her dead brother, it must have moved him? She had truly loved her sibling. So she would also be able to truly love him..
His actions aren't really favorable..but nome of the siblings actions are sane. Heck..that 10 year old curly readhead is much more crazy than Dion (at least to me)
These poor tortured souls.

Ahh....
No offense..but the duke really doesn't deserve her.
People can change and his feelings can change...
But she as a witness of his douchebagness should know and respond accordingly.
He said "I love you, lets abolish the contract and be husband and wife for real" and you say yes? Without even revising the terms??
Lady are you crazy??

I don't know why she didn't cry that it was her father that forced the marriage....he deluded her and abused her into it and show them the stab wound saying that they'd kill her if she didn't agree. Wave a pity story and request for refuge. Also say that her father was acting fishy and colluding with some strange people and as a good citizen she can't ignore it but she's powerless and has no proof..boohoo..
That would end her problems all together

She wouldn't take that risk. Usually back then if there were any nobles who thought of rebelling against the crown the entire family gets executed. Even if she were to act out as a pitiful character, no one would believe her considering the fact that her reputation is bad and she isn't on friendly terms with the Crown Prince, so would he even bother protecting her ?
I feel like I'm going to drop this.
The amount of conditioning they put in this manga is appalling..
Guy has lover. Guy gets a fake wife..guy then decides he now loves his wife so dumps the lover. And now the guy, his family and the staff are desperately conditioning the girl to slowly integrate the guy into her life.
She should have packed her bags and left the second the lover was dumped. Her role was done.
Now she's a glorified maid like person (seriously who STAYS with a sleazebag because she wants to clean his house??) who lies to nobility. The guy likes her sure. Wants to sleep with her? Hop right in!! Next thing you know she's already got 3 kids. The girl literally has no opinion other than on cleaning.
Her family is even dumber. Riding their daughters coattails into high society. I'm curious..did they lie to the dukes family only or the girls family are in the dark.as well?
If they are then, wow...what a horrible child for not thinking this wouldn't hurt them. If they aren't then what horrible parents for selling their daughter.
I would say the only ones really pushing vee into the relationship with the ML is the ml and the servants other then that the 2 families I think they're only doing it cause from the start though they married each other for normal high society norms. We know that the ml lied to his own parents saying he broke up with the ex even though he was still with her at the time. So they're just aloof as the fl family as well on the real reason why those married. And I'm only saying this cause theyre just normal in laws who just want their dil and son to get along and have a happy marriage
That's what I was curious about..so the FLs family really don't know? They only think that fee got married to the duke? And not that she said okay to pay their debts off? Didn't they find ANYTHING fishy?
I mean..didn't they even think why a rich nobleman would come for their countryside home, pay their debts and marry their daughter?? And also he had never hidden his relationship with his girlfriend. He took her to balls and stuff. So they didn't know or didn't care about that detail?
The story is so wishy washy with the finer details...
From what I can tell since they got married ml and his ex hadn't attended any since the marriage ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ since they were all cozy up together at their love nest. if they did ml parents I guess didnt pay attention cause they probably thought they were old rumors.
As for vees family they didnt seem to know much about anything other then their son in law cares enough about them to fix their family home. And in one scene ml only did that to make himself look good. So I'm guessing vees family just thought of it as a normal marriage
Yea I’m w u this book ain’t it.
