But the method he chose to get hippo to hate ab was such a weird mess. I liked how much shin Jae adored hippo, but the side story was kinda sad — they don’t even celebrate their annual anniversary :( aren’t they supposed to be head over heels for each other? I just felt like the story ended with shinjae groveling and it didn’t seem like hippo liked him as much.
Their relationship had some ups and downs and I like how this story slowly resolved it. When I first read this, I wasn’t really sure what direction they were going in. But man, telling your SO to hold back on masterbating and only doing it when they see each other on Saturday- that’s proper directions.
I feel like he was always supporting the MC from afar and really cares about him, rather than lusting after him or something.

Early in the series, Jo looked up and admired Ian when he was up in the fire escape. Now Ch 62, Ian is looking up at Jo up in the fire escape/balcony. I wonder if that means Ian’s feelings are growing stronger, just like how Jo was chasing after Ian early in the series. Just my opinion ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think this is an unpopular opinion but I liked when Hakyung was Jiyoung/girl (me fully aware that it was a guy dressed as a girl)- yoonsung shows a lot less restraint in loving Hakyung/Jiyoung. Watching them warmed my heart. It’s not that I’m into cross dressing or something — I just felt like their love and story was a lot more developed ; even though they’re the same person. I love this story overall, but I felt tender when they did the flashback. Idk, maybe it’s the grandpa or something.
