I'm not sure what to say about this comic (in a good way and a bad way). If you're reading this after you've read the ending, then you'll understand exactly why I got mixed feelings from this. If you haven't read this comic, read it. I think you should judge this comic yourself before reading someone's opinions and following them. In that case, for your information, it's certainly worth reading.

First off, I loved how well the action scenes were executed but I can't help but feel that the political aspect of this comic is lacking. The ending was the last thing I would have expected halfway through the comic. None of the action felt like it was leading anywhere substantially complicated, then BAAM!
Political schemes and plots about how a major corporation is deliberately slowing down air purification in order to get more money (come to think of it, I don't think their intention was directly stated. It's more like the people in the comic were supposed to get angry because they were getting fooled by the government, which is a lackluster reason to get people to move on that scale in my opinion).
All the events in this comic is like a disorganized soup, there's no continuity between the character's intentions and their actions. For example, the girl fights an evil-looking dude and a third party intrudes which coincidentally ends up saving her. In hindsight, it feels like a bunch of forced events where I'm supposed to just accept that those characters were there (for no connected reason), fight (again with no relevant intention between all the characters) and then... nothing. The plot events don't lead on to the next. It feels like its just repeating itself and slightly changing the structure each time.
The scenes & arcs by themselves had great art & overall excellent execution, but it just doesn't feel right in the end. There's no lasting impact on the characters or plot after each arc. It feels empty and void (which is most part due to the my last impression of the comic which was the lackluster ending).

Everything this comic builds up to is heavily reliant on the audience's interpretation. The lack of cohesion between plot events just evens up to dissatisfaction and (dunno whether to put unique or terrible since I'm unfamiliar with this kind of style) storytelling. Anyways, the main thing that you get out of this comic is the ideas that it's trying to convey so let's talk a bit about that.
I think this comic was more of a commentary or a kind of reflection of the current state of the world relating to war and refugees. For me, it tackled an unfamiliar concept because I'm mostly like the people in the special district. I'm not particularly perceptive or rich, but I have the privilege of ignoring the terrible events that occur around me because they don't seem related to me or anything I do. But towards this comic, which ended with a semi-call to action, I wasn't feeling like the protesters or the people if I was meant to. In my opinion, running on the street with a mob demanding things I can never be sure about will never solve the refugee crisis. I feel like if you want to make a lasting statement about anything political, then you need to be a lot more elaborate and intricate because the ideal solution is always more complex than it seems.
