This story is probably among the best the isekai genre has to offer and the only complaint I have is Eclis' story really rubbed me the wrong way I know not every character can have a happy ending but he suffered far too much. He could have had just a teeny tiny slightly better ending than this. He was the underdog I had been rooting for from the start and watching him go down like this is just heartbreaking

And after so many years it finally comes out that Penelope was never supposed to be a replacement for Yvonne. The Duke took her into his own home to protect and care for her. The real tragedy here is that the real Penelope never even got to hear those words, she faded from existence never experiencing any sort of comfort from the duke's family. I'll be crying about this the whole day

Surprised at how this is going. It feels a little sad to be letting go of the father-son relationship because I was so invested in them. I could see the buildup towards a romantic ending but I really loved them as a father-son duo but I guess I'll have to adjust

The characters were really so frustrating. But it was realistic in a way because it portrays the truth about people when shit happens. Hope the ending will be satisfying at least

Is the same author doing the side series or is it someone else? I feel like the art style changed a lot. It's still amazing but I just wanted to know
