So that means he already knew about the stalker and vice versa so the stalker was likely targeting him in the first place to get rid of him and he purposely got injured and made it seem like he was "protecting mc" so mc would feel guilty and stay with him forever after he got married....um okay...and like others have said he'd probably faking the injury too
