I think it's part betrayal because the only thing he thought he knew about Jay turned out to be wrong when Shin actually chose him over everything else (telling him he would run away with him if Jay needed him to and all) ; and part the fact that if Jay is actually a government agent it means - at least that's what Shin thinks - that Jay used him and deceived him. Mainly, Shin is just too angry to think things through right now

Yeah there must be something! It ended too soon and until we're not getting any announcement about it. I hope they atleast give us side stories.
Like they've been building up the story and conflicts slowly only to resolve everything in 10 chps, seems off, and 3/4 of those are probably gonna be the smex chps so it seems unlikely they'd be able to flesh out the climax and conclusion all in 5/6 chps. There's no info on side stories yet so I wonder if something caused the author to quickly end the story, I really hope it isn't something like getting canceled and we get left on a cliffhanger tho I can't imagine how a rushed ending would feel satisfying after all this build up either :/
