I've read all of Junji Ito's stories, Starving Anonymous, A Trail of Blood, Jinmen... I can't name anything else off the top of my head.

his work is more creepy and unsettling then jumpscare horror though, if you were looking for that instead
Sweet home - is about a zombie outbreak but not cliche at all
Starving anonymous - its just a gore fest but a pretty entertaining one
Chi no wadachi - more psychological horror but very unsettling
Bastard - again, more psychological but also really creepy

Tomodachi game - less horror, more like a brain match. There is tension alright.
Bokutachi ga yarimashita - not really horror as in not scary, but still psychological and its just a really good story

If its about acting you can try glass mask and acf-age! Both are chasing their dreams and pasion for acting. But sadly glass manga has been on hiatus for so long and act-age is discontinued :(
