She should not get hate that is rooted in misogyny, but it is pretty clear she is not a good person. The marriage itself is not good for her family's best interests. Hayato's family was doing worse financially and hers was well off, there is no benefit to having her marry into his family. She even states that the only reason she was able to secure this is because her father dotes on her too much and she really pushed for it because she was infatuated with Hayato.
I understand wanting to defend a female character in Yaoi because, unfortunately, female characters are all too often subjected to unwarranted hate by both authors and fans, but there really isn't any way you can frame this specific situation in her favor because everything about it is explicitly saying that she has full control over this marriage and she is forcing him to marry her of her own volition simply because she wants him. We could talk about how female characters are often made to be the villains in BL, and I think that's very much a discussion needing to be had, but it's also a different discussion to this one.
