I'm starting to get disinterested in this story. At first I was on board with it but the story seems to drag on. I've never liked stories that start with sex and kissing which is why I liked this story. However, I feel that 62 chapters with barely any development in the relationship is a bit much. I'm aware that the chapters are smaller than most but with all these chapter, you would think that they would have atleast accepeted their feelings. The main character (the short one, sorry I suck at names) doesn't hide the fact that he's gay which is amazing. However, his complete disregard thowards the love interest is a little bit offputting. He isn't ashamed of being gay but he says the classic "you're not gay, just confused" which is ironic considering his parents have probably told him that before. This means he knows how the line affects people yet he still says it. He thinks that the love interest is a child when he is an adult that has witnessed the bullying the uke goes through which means he knows the consenqunces of being gay. Him confessing to the uke means that he does not care about what others think and therefore doesnt mind that poeple will get on him for being gay. Also, I find the girl a bit annoying. She isn't like other girls in other mangas that try to break the couple up but I feel like she's going to do the cliche thing where she'll suggest the seme (i think lmao) do something that will damage his reationship with the uke. Sorry if this got long, this is just some small criticism passing through(づ￣ ³￣)づ

The author does a great job representing the reality for these characters. Keep in mind the chinese culture. In China, it’s very very important to follow the maxim of tact. Which is not to give burden to others. Chinese practices show that you will do your best to not give burden or trouble to someone else. Lihuan is shown to be straight and the author even revealed that he would have had a straight marriage if he didn’t meet yuyang. Yuyang is blaming himself for being burden to lihuan’s sexual orientation he feels like it’s because of him that he maybe is changing sexuality or confused because yuyang is openly gay. The author did a good job with the fujoshi girl living the dreams with no reality, making her cringey af. I don’t see the problem. It’s a good manhua
