I've been reading this comic for YEARS and I've been having the feeling that this story is going nowhere it's kinda frustrating... I'm just getting sporadic queerbaiting, but nothing is really developing... it's just a bunch of things that just happens that they will be forgotten next chapter. It's disappointing...
Sometimes i feel you. But these last chapters shows development. It's near graduation, mo's dream of his fight with she li shows a connection to his earhole and is placed at a good point after he trusts tian more and more. Now it's already time that our most blond idiot of all four adorable idiots disapears.
So you could continue to take the strings and hints.
I'm sure oldxian want to show us mire and more their friendship-developement and that ist the main developement. Don't think she will give us good reason to understand all lose strings after jjs homecoming. Sad but we have to wait for another decade. ;)

Hmmmmm. The romance is pretty slow, but a like a good slow-build relationship. But I just found this manga and read it in a few days, so that's probably why to me it doesn't feel frustrating. It actually felt like a pretty quick read. But I think if I would have been reading it for years and the story would only have developed up to this point I would probably be exasperated too.
it's understandable since i felt the same way before too but a reminder that 19 Days was originally a BL slapstick comedy. The slapstick random comedy came before the plot. The plot was very obviously added in and planned later and maybe the author doesn't even have the full plot itself, so i hope you can enjoy this more as a random life comedy instead, and let's see if old xian plans to continue the plot after they graduate (●'◡'●)ﾉ
