The first prince poisoned Carlyle and the king at some point and he get exiled but I read those spoilers long time ago so it’s kinda blurry but I know for sure that the first prince doesn’t die

Lizena makes 1st prince give Carlyle poisoned sweets (I think. I can’t remember the food) BUT 1st prince didn’t know. It’s actually really sad because 1st prince really likes Carlyle and sees him as a little brother :( so he feels extremely bad after and basically steps down (1st prince is actually a victim too I feel bad he just wanted a loving family). Anyways, even though he didn’t know he gets exiled to live as a lesser noble. He agrees easily because he Knows what his mother did was wrong :(
