i’m so frustrated rn I really wanted to give this a proper shot so i read it all the way through unfortunately it didn’t get better the art is really pretty tho so ill give them that
Let’s start from the beginning i hated the order of the story being told it gave me a massive headache when they talk about things in the story that weren’t explained and i kept getting confused with all the gaps
the length of the chapters was frustrating as well cause they end so quickly and on top of that i didnt understand anything from the chapter
The characters were hard for me to understand and their relationship dynamics with their previous partners was extremely vague and confusing
Was that his dad or his ex boyfriend or his crush or what i’ll never know but either way it was extremely weird and inappropriate i hated their “relationship”
I couldn’t stand Dylan from the moment he said”colty” that’s the cringiest nickname coming from a grown man to another, more so cause i didn’t know if he was more of a father figure or an ex and the age gap is mad weird especially since he’s known colten since he was a kid overall i didn’t understand their relationship at all and i didn’t like Dylan regardless, how is he with his dad knowing the kind of person he is? and let’s say he didn’t know but later he finds out and has a kid with him????? i don’t get it
I also didn’t really get Damon’s relationship with his ex?? and why did his ex later on pretend he was damon to get into the exhibition?? where they serious?? or not?? i didn’t get them at all
Safe to say i didn’t understand anything at all it put me in a really depressing mood
