This is just my opinion, but both the doctor and the blond girl are toxic. Sure, Sunya is naive, but you should never shout at a person or try to harm them because of that, and instead, try to talk with them calmly. Both of them keep screaming at Sunya and treating her wrongly, which just bothers me.
